La mononeuropatía del III par craneal de tipo diabético es una mononeuropatía, lo cual significa que se presenta daño a un solo nervio. Esta afección involucra al tercer nervio craneal (oculomotor), uno de los nervios craneales que controla el movimiento del ojo. Este tipo de daño generalmente ocurre con la neuropatía diabética.
